Masterson’s Tavern , nestled in the bustling area of Moonee Ponds , brands itself as a fashionable, contemporary hangout, but my unfortunate encounter at this establishment became a nightmarish ordeal . While the bar may present a friendly façade, what I discovered behind its threshold was disturbing and far below any standard .
The State of the Venue : Filthy and Disregarded
From the moment I walked in , it was clear that hygiene was not a priority at this bar . The surfaces were tacky , and a overpowering stench of old alcohol and dirty bathrooms permeated the entire pub. With a smell of a mixture of human waste, old age and sickness . The counter , which should be the focal point of any pub, was cluttered with dirty glasses and debris that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks . The restroom was in even more deplorable shape — backed up, with a broken handle and walls covered in what I can only assume was human waste .

As I looked into it more , I was alarmed to find reports against him involving inappropriate advances, with multiple women alleging that he of sending unsolicited explicit content .
